Brooklyn Bodega, the producers of the 4th Annual Brooklyn Hip-Hop Festival, has brought world-famous The Lyricist Lounge onboard to c0-produce the 2008 event.

Said Brooklyn Hip-Hop Festival founder and executive director Wes Jackson, “This year’s Festival is going to be a great moment for Hip-Hop. 8 days of movies, concerts, and parties at an affordable price. In the community.”

The festival is slated for July 12th at Empire-Fulton Ferry State Park and, as a result of the partnership a second date has been added for June 28th at Prospect Park.

No artists have been confirmed but there is the obligatory reunion rumor as well as a BHF Tour ‘08 tentatively scheduled for Jul. 15th to Aug. 1st.
