Snoop Dogg Preps “Blue Carpet,” Speaks On Working With Dre Again
Despite recent run-ins with the law, Snoop Dogg is still on course as he turns up the heat in preparation for his upcoming album Tha Blue Carpet Treatment.
Due November 21st, the set features three collaborations with Dr. Dre, the duo’s first in approximately five years.
“Tha Blue Carpet Treatment is my presentation to the world on what it means to be the King of the West Coast,” The Doggfather said. “I really worked extra hard on making this one perfect and got the best of the best among my homies in the music game - Skateboard P, Timbaland, R. Kelly, D’Angelo… and you know when me and Dr. Dre get together - it’s a monster.”
The set’s street single, Pharrell-produced “Vato” featuring B-Real (formerly the HRS No. 1 song), was the perfect track to set tongues wagging that the Left Coast icon returned to his gangsta roots. Funny thing is R. Kelly, who as far as we know still hasn’t had a court date, sounds half asleep on this song. Check it out and tell us what you think.

Thta’s that’ is my favorite track from this album. Both Snoop and my man R.kelly where off the hook…..man i love this track can’t wait to see the vedio for this song.
I hope R.kelly case wil soon be thrown out.
