LeToya: The No. 1 H-Town Chick
LeToya Luckett may have been dissed by Destiny’s Child six years ago, but now at No. 1 and as simply “LeToya” she’s proving she’s the “survivor.”
Her long-awaited solo debut has debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 and holds the top spot on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart after debuting there last week due to, as Billboard put it, street date violations.
Fans, as well as our reviewer Donna Prima, are really feeling the self-titled set and it seems LeToya can do no wrong with her highly popular reality show, “H-Town Chick” on BET. Congrats to Letoya on her #1 Solo debut. “Letoya” is the most solid R&B album to come out in years. She deserves all the success she attains.
