Beyonce’s “Deja Vu” To Premiere on MTV Total Request Live
Amidst the somewhat manufactured controversy surrounding the alleged competition between mega-star Janet Jackson and singer/actress Beyonce (check the firestorm over at Sohh Soulful blog), MTV announced today they’ll drop the bootylicious one’s “Deja Vu” video simultaneously on both “Total Request Live” and MTV Overdrive on Wednesday, July 12th.
The tune is the first single from her upcoming CD B’Day currently being primed for worldwide release on September 4th, (her 25th birthday) and September 5th in the US. Although some people think Beyonce rushed the release of the set in order to compete with Janet’s (also due in September), many don’t see the connection between the timing of the two releases, the dropping of the two singles at the same time, or even the two artists themselves, especially since the veteran Jackson’s career has spanned four decades as compared to the fabulous nine years Ms. Knowles has invested in the business.

its not even about popularity. janet’s time is up. jumping around and whining days are over. the only reason janet is the “queen” is bc she’s michael’s sister. nobody wants to admit it but its true.
beyonce has real talent. janet sounds horrible live. lets not even compare them, please.

beyonce is a real singerin for me..i think she is the only one..because music is not only a job,to be a god singer you have to feel your music,feel it deep in your heart.Janet don t do it,Rihanna don t do it,..and more..you got to look deep in your hearth if you want to be suscessfull in music.Today in hollywood is only looking good important,nobody looks on you as like u are person,they look at u like u are meet..not only in hoolywood,everywhere in the world…so don t say meen words about any person that u don t know…P.S.and btw beyonce is not fat,she is beautiful(and she knows it):)
